Job Description
Reporting to the Service Manager, your tasks will be:
- Execute troubleshooting and repair service on company equipment.
- Execute Preventive Maintenance on company equipment.
- Follow systematic workflow using company software (service call logs, service reports, installation reports).
- Clearly and professionally interact with customers.
- Provide telephone technical support to customers and conduct customer training when required.
- Oversee and assist other Field Engineers as directed.

The Successful Applicant- Educational background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial machinery.
- Work experience with Fiber Laser Systems / CNC Hydraulic press brakes will be a plus.
- Troubleshooting and programming of PLCs.
- Siemens controllers user skills.
- CAD/CAD software user skills.
- Valid Driver's License Full G category.
- Ability to travel nationally.
- Salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000
- Paid Overtime
- Service vehicle provided
