Job Description:
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for our East Indian cuisine restaurant.
Main Duties include:
- Analyze budget to boost profits
- Evaluate operations
- Monitor revenues and staff performance
- Plan and organize operations
- Recruit staff
- Set work schedules
- Train and supervise staff
- Balance cash reports and forms
- Conduct performance reviews
- Cost products and services
- Enforce provincial liquor regulations
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure regulations are followed
- Negotiate with suppliers and clients
- Revise and implement marketing plans
- Address customer concerns
- Provide customer service
- Manage events
Requirements:
- At least seven months' experience
- Minimum Education: High School (secondary school) completion
