Your role and responsibilities
** Winter 2025 full- time internship for software engineering students, based in Dorval with 2 to 3 days per week in the office and the possibility of extension into summer 2025
** As a Product Data Management Intern, you play a key role by providing technical support to the product and marketing teams. This internship is located at our plant in Dorval and operates in a hybrid mode.
Responsibilities:- Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of product data, attributes, configurations, and prices across our various sales tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes related to product configuration tools and propose solutions.
- Support the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of product solutions concerning IT systems.
- Support the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IT products and services.
- Perform tests and help troubleshoot technical issues by closely collaborating with members of the product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree student in Software Engineering.
- Bilingual French and English. English is necessary to communicate with clients outside of Quebec.
- Understanding of database systems (MS SQL, My SQL).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to coordinate improvement activities for product configuration tools.
- Basic knowledge of PHP.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.
