Restaurant Assistant Manager

Hansol Korean Restaurant (1445421 B.C. Ltd.) is looking for a qualified Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team.

Job Duties:

• Assist the owner/restaurant manager in overseeing daily operations, developing the restaurant team and analyzing budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• Implement company polices and operational procedures
• Train and motivate staff to ensure excellent food service and high customer satisfaction
• Assist in recruiting, scheduling and overseeing staff performance
• Monitor inventory of food, beverages and supplies, and place orders as needed
• Review customer feedback and address customer issues professionally
• Ensure staff compliance with health and safety regulations

Job Requirements:

• Education: Completion of secondary school
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including experience in a supervisory role
• Certificate: Serving It Right certificate
• Language: English
• Efficient interpersonal skills and client focus
