Your Adventure as a Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at COBS Bread, you won’t just manage; you’ll inspire! You will lead a team of passionate individuals, foster relationships with our beloved customers, and ensure that every loaf of bread reflects our commitment to quality and freshness.

What Your Day-to-Day Might Look Like
  • Engage warmly with customers and build lasting relationships
  • Lead your team to deliver an unforgettable customer experience
  • Coordinate exciting marketing campaigns and stunning product displays
  • Maintain bakery cleanliness and jump in to help with baking when needed!
  • Encourage a positive and vibrant team environment
  • Organize local community events and participate in our heartwarming ‘End of Day Giving’ program.
  • Cash- deposits and float management
  • Daily and weekly scheduling as well as forcasting sales targets
  • Recruitment and terminatons

Requirements

  • You bring 1+ years’ supervisory experience, ideally from the food service or hospitality industry
  • You have a knack for managing finances, including cash handling

Physical Requirements
  • Comfortable with standing or walking for extended periods
  • Eager to use your hands and be actively involved in the bakery
  • Able to lift and carry items up to 22 kg
  • Willingness to bend, reach, and maneuver as needed in a dynamic environment
