Production Supervisor - Mississauga

• Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resolve any operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including output levels, quality control measures, and equipment maintenance.
• Train new employees on production procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.

• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
• Previous experience in food industry or bakery.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making to address challenges that arise during the production process.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with performance management techniques to motivate and develop team members.
