About Us:

At Reusables, we’re driven by a vision of a waste-free world and recognize the urgent need to address the environmental impact of our current systems and habits. We believe that meaningful change requires institutions to offer frictionless systems that make sustainability effortless and tangible.

What began as a grassroots initiative offering reusable takeout containers to restaurants and cafes in Vancouver, has since grown into an enterprise technology platform reaching institutions across North America. Today, Reusables is helping to eliminate thousands of tons of single-use waste each year, empowering businesses to join the journey toward a cleaner, more sustainable future.

As a venture-backed and mission-driven company, we are passionate about making impact at scale. We are a young, weirdly talented group of ‘high-octane’ individuals that are relentlessly focused on the planet, people, and profit – in that order.

About the Role:

Reusables.com is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market initiatives in North America. This role is pivotal in driving growth, engagement, and brand awareness while directly supporting our sales efforts.

As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of our marketing strategy—optimizing digital campaigns, managing content, and refining brand positioning to align with business objectives. You will play a key role in lead generation, brand credibility, and revenue growth, overseeing content creation, paid and organic campaigns, and data-driven performance optimization.

This is a hands-on role that requires close collaboration with sales, product, and customer support teams to ensure marketing efforts effectively support company goals. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving measurable results, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Strategy and Planning
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy in collaboration with the CEO.
  • Set measurable marketing goals and track performance using KPIs and analytics.
  • Identify and prioritize marketing channels, campaigns, and initiatives that drive business growth.
Content Creation and Management
  • Oversee content creation across web, social, email, and paid channels.
  • Manage and enhance website content and performance.
  • Ensure a consistent and engaging brand voice in collaboration with designers.
Digital Marketing and Growth
  • Plan and manage paid and organic digital campaigns, including SEO and social media advertising.
  • Optimize lead generation funnels and nurture campaigns.
  • Leverage analytics to track and improve campaign performance and ROI.
Brand and Community Building
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Develop partnerships with industry influencers and organizations.
  • Manage conference participation and lead brand presence at events.
Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Work with sales to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
  • Partner with product and customer support to communicate product updates and customer stories.
  • Align marketing efforts with company-wide objectives and initiatives.
Budget Management
  • Manage the marketing budget for efficient resource allocation.
  • Track marketing spend and its impact on business outcomes.

What You’ll Bring To The Team:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing and sales.
  • Proven success in lead generation and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with a track record of optimizing performance.
  • Experience in early-stage enterprise sales and marketing in a fast-growing tech company.
  • Deep expertise in B2B SaaS marketing strategies, leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in AI-enabled marketing tools like Apollo and HubSpot.
  • High-ownership mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to align teams around marketing initiatives.
  • Comfortable working in a small, agile team with a hands-on approach.

Please note that this is a hybrid role requiring at least one day per week in our stunning office located in Downtown Vancouver.

Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000

If your background doesn’t perfectly align with the qualifications listed, but you’re confident in your ability to excel in this role, we still want to hear from you! At Reusables, we value diverse experiences and unique perspectives, so don’t hesitate to apply if you believe you can make a meaningful impact.

We sincerely appreciate the time and effort of all applicants who express interest in joining our team. While we carefully review each application, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. Thank you for considering Reusables as your next career opportunity!

Why You’ll Love Working At Reusables:

  • Benefits package provided by Pacific Blue Cross (dental, vision, health)
  • Membership to Outdoor Prolink for discounted outdoor gear
  • Beautiful co-working space downtown Vancouver with a view of the North Shore mountains!
  • Annual offsite with the entire Reusables team

Why Join Us:

The ocean already contains 165 million tonnes of plastic. By 2050, plastic in the ocean will outweigh fish. In that same year, GHG emissions associated with plastic production, use and disposal, would account for 15% of allowed emissions as per the Paris Agreement.
Recycling is the current solution to single-use plastic, however only 5% of plastic is recycled in the U.S. (9% in Canada). Governments around the world are banning single-use plastics and leading businesses have made commitments to eliminate packaging waste across their product offerings by 2030.
Experts have proven reusable packaging in a circular economy to be the most environmentally sustainable option. However, food businesses, our primary target market, are facing a major challenge in the adoption of reusables: the costs and complexity associated with offering reusable packaging on their own are untenable.

For consumers, there currently is no mainstream option for reusable packaging.

The ocean already contains 165 million tonnes of plastic, and by 2050, plastic waste could outweigh fish. While recycling is often touted as the solution, only 5% of plastic is actually recycled in the U.S. (9% in Canada). Governments and businesses worldwide are banning single-use plastics and committing to zero-waste solutions by 2030.

Reusable packaging is the most sustainable alternative, but adoption has been hindered by cost and operational complexity. Reusables.com removes these barriers, offering a scalable, tech-enabled solution for food businesses.

DEI Statement:

At Reusables, we are building products for a diverse world, and we need a diverse team to do that successfully. We strongly encourage applications from everyone regardless of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status.

Accessibility Statement:

Reusables provides an accessible candidate experience. If you need any accommodations or adjustments throughout the interview process and beyond, please let us know, and we will work with you to provide the necessary support and make reasonable accommodations to facilitate your participation.
