• Oversee all on-site construction activities
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations
• Coordinate project scheduling and communicate timelines to all relevant stakeholders
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Resolve any on-site issues or disputes
• Manage on-site construction crew and subcontractors
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained and up to date
• Communicate project status reports to management

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience in the construction general contracting industry, specifically in institutional construction new builds, valued between $20M and $60M in scope
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems effectively
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications

• Competitive salary range of $120,000 to $170,000
