Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and manage workload distribution for the accounts receivable team.
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between the team and upper management, ensuring clear communication of goals and deadlines.
  • Manage complex customer accounts, including escalations to legal or collection agencies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
  • Ensure team members meet quality standards and adhere to deadlines.
  • Ad-hoc duties as requested.
