Our client in Calgary is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager for a contract role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B collections, team management, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and manage workload distribution for the accounts receivable team.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between the team and upper management, ensuring clear communication of goals and deadlines.
- Manage complex customer accounts, including escalations to legal or collection agencies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
- Ensure team members meet quality standards and adhere to deadlines.
- Ad-hoc duties as requested.
