About Our Client

• Lead a variety of technology projects, including implementations, system upgrades, and process automation.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Work with enterprise technologies such as Yardi, Property Vista, Microsoft Office Suite, and other critical business applications.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to assess technical requirements and recommend innovative solutions.
• Develop and manage resource plans to ensure alignment with timelines and organizational priorities.
• Track resource utilization and recommend optimization where necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies.

• 5+ years in IT project management, including system rollouts, upgrades, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Enterprise application experience in Yardi, Property Vista, or other property management platforms.
• Experience in property management or real estate industry.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to balance technical and business objectives.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
