Job Description

In collaboration with senior management, you will define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing project plans and communication documents.
• Estimating resources and personnel needed to achieve project goals.
• Drafting and submitting budget proposals, recommending adjustments as necessary.
• Assessing the need for additional staff or consultants, and coordinating with department managers for personnel acquisition.
• Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical paths.
• Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

• Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant local Canadian experience in diverse ICI projects (e.g., LTC, College/University Residences) within a construction environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple large construction contracts with consultants and general contractors.
• Strong background in preparing and administering consulting and construction agreements.
• Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Willingness to take on additional duties as required
