Overview

This role requires high proficiency in operating skid steer tracked loaders, ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site.

• Operate skid steer tracked loaders, to complete various pre-grade, rough grade and final grade residential construction tasks.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to execute project plans effectively and safely.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery on-site.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly.

• Experience in commercial driving is a plus.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment is essential.
• Previous experience in residential lot grading construction is a MUST.
• References need to be provided and will be checked to confirm ability and experience.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
