- Manage project lifecycle from pre-construction through to delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and engineers to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Utilize Procore, Microsoft Project, and Primavera to manage schedules and documentation.
- Mentor and lead project teams to achieve high performance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare reports, maintain accurate documentation, and provide updates on project status to management.

The Successful Applicant- A university degree in Engineering or Architecture from a local University or College
- Minimum 10+ years experience in project management in the ICI construction industry preferred
- LEED AP, PMP, Gold Seal, is preferred
- Experience with at least 3 full-cycle institutional projects
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Identify and manage risks
- Well organized and able to work well under pressure
- Excellent computer proficiency, especially MS Word, Excel, Project.
- Experience leading projects in excess of $35mil
