Restaurant Manager

We are currently looking for a competent Restaurant Manager to join our team.

(Full-time, Permanent)

Vacations: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% of gross salary

Job Duties:

• Oversee daily shift operations of the restaurant
• Ensure customer service excellence and the restaurant’s profits
• Manage, train and support the teams, maintaining strong teamwork
• Track and monitor workflow and staff performance
• Implement company policies and operational procedures
• Monitor stock levels, place supply orders, and minimize waste
• Assist in recruiting and scheduling
• Ensure staff compliance with service standards, policies, and health and safety regulations
• Address and resolve any customer complaints professionally

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including experience in a supervisory role, is required.
• Serving-it-Right certificate is required.
