Who we need

Reporting to the Director of Information Security, we are looking for a Systems Administrator. You will maintain, upgrade, and manage our software, hardware, and networks. Your goal will be to ensure our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting our business operations and growth.

This is a hybrid role, working 5 days over 2 week period in the office.

In this role, you will focus on:

  • Identity management. You will administer and manage our IdP. You will implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and set up new integrations for applications. You will troubleshoot identity-related issues and manage user access controls.
  • Fraud management. You will manage and maintain fraud detection and prevention systems. You will monitor and analyze suspicious activities, providing timely responses to fraud alerts. You will collaborate with the security team to enhance fraud prevention measures.
  • CRM administration. You will manage the CRM environment, including user management, security settings, and system configurations. You will perform routine maintenance, data imports, and custom report generation. You will work with various departments to optimize workflows and integrations.
  • AWS cloud services. You will manage and monitor AWS cloud infrastructure. You will deploy and manage AWS resources, including EC2, S3, RDS, and VPCs. You will ensure the high availability, performance, and security of AWS environments.
  • General systems administration. You will install, configure, and maintain virtual infrastructure and systems integrations. You will perform regular system audits, updates, backups, and patch management. You will manage new onboarding and offboarding, provide support for IT-related incidents, and respond to Zendesk tickets for service requests and issues.
  • Policies and procedures. You will implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures. You will create and maintain IT systems, processes, and procedures documentation.

You bring:

  • The experience. You have experience managing identity provider (IdP) solutions, fraud management tools, and CRM platforms. In addition, you are familiar with network and server management in both Linux and Windows environments, as well as cloud computing services in an AWS environment.
  • The analytical drive. You are curious and want to find root causes, resolve problems, and prevent recurring issues. You are innovative with excellent problem-solving skills. You have a growth mindset and work to advance your knowledge of the latest operational and technical challenges.
  • The customer focus. You prioritize the experience of your customers, operating with a sense of urgency and empathy. You can independently manage multiple ongoing assignments under tight timelines and navigate the demands of stakeholders. You can translate technical concepts for a nontechnical audience and maintain professional communication and patience. You have a demonstrated ability to work in a respectful manner with groups from diverse backgrounds and with diverse experiences.
