This role will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Data Scientists, Analysts, and the Advanced Analytics team—comprising DevOps Engineers, API Developers, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Test Engineers, and Architects. This role is responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining Real-World Evidence Generation solutions that power advanced analytics initiatives.The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence, ensure scalable and robust architectures, and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
The Opportunity:
- Lead a technical team, provide direction and guidance for development & architecture
- Develop and Maintain Analytics products that will be used by the RWD Data scientists.community
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
- Cloud native Infrastructure Management (AWS)Performance Optimization and Security and ComplianceRun POCs and introduce new features and improve existing capabilities of our Advanced Analytics Platform
- API development using Python
- Build analytics solutions using Generative AI Large Language Models (LLM) and Foundational Models
Who you are:
- 5-7 Years of relevant work experience with a minimum Bachelors Degree.
- At least 2+ years’ experience of working in one or more multinational work environments (e.g. healthcare industry experience is a plus)
- Experience leading DevOps teams, mentoring engineers, and driving best practices
- AWS Cloud, Python, Lambda, Shell Scripting
- Full Stack API Development, Amazon API Gateway, SwaggerHub
- Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub, GitLab and CI/CD Automation, IaaS tools like Terraform, Cloudformation, Agile including SAFe
- Hands-on with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Datadog
- Strong understanding of IAM (Identity & Access Management), Secrets Management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager)
- Experience in Linux administration & troubleshooting
- Understanding Real-World Evidence (RWE)
