Accounting Professional – Full Cycle Accounting (Manufacturing Environment)

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Director, Finance & Administration, you’ll play a critical role in managing full cycle accounting for this group of companies. Your work will be dynamic, and you’ll have the support of a talented, engaged team in both manufacturing and office settings.

• Assist with full cycle accounting, including journal entries, GL reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
• Prepare accurate weekly and monthly financial reports for management.
• Help develop, optimize, and document accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Provide coverage in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable as needed.
• Participate in ERP system implementation and ongoing process improvements.
• Support the year-end close and annual review process across our group of companies.
• Pitch in on a variety of critical projects and tasks, as assigned by the Director, Finance & Administration.
