Responsibilities- Draft and review real estate agreements, contracts, and documents.
- Conduct title searches and review title reports to identify any issues.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents required for transactions.
- Coordinate closing procedures and communicate with clients, real estate agents, and lenders.
- Maintain and organize client files and ensure that all documentation is up to date.
- Research and stay informed about relevant laws and regulations in real estate.
- Provide support and assistance to attorneys in all aspects of real estate transactions.
- Completion of a paralegal program or equivalent experience in real estate law.
- Proven experience as a paralegal in real estate or property law.
- Strong understanding of real estate principles, laws, and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
