Context:
This role will be supporting the client on Go Expansion program in Information Management Team.
Missions/Main Duties:
- Leads the adoption and implementation of ISO 19650 standards, supporting the client in establishing compliant Information Management (IM) practices across all project phases.
- Collaborates with client stakeholders to define, document, and implement clear and actionable information requirements, ensuring alignment with ISO 19650 principles and best practices.
- Manages the development and implementation of key IM deliverables, including Common Data Environment (CDE) configurations, Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR), Asset Information Requirements (AIR), and Organizational Information Requirements (OIR) to align with project and organizational goals.
- Provides hands-on support in embedding ISO 19650-compliant workflows and processes, ensuring all project teams and stakeholders adhere to the established information management standards and protocols.
- Facilitates workshops and training sessions to enhance client and supply chain understanding of ISO 19650 requirements, promoting consistent application across the program.
- Designs and delivers tailored training programs to upskill client teams and supply chain partners, fostering a culture of information management excellence.
- Oversees data security and privacy compliance within the CDE and information management practices, ensuring alignment with applicable data protection standards.
- Implements quality assurance and control (QA/QC) for information management, conducting periodic audits to verify data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Drives change management initiatives using structured methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR), facilitating a smooth transition to digital information workflows.
- Identifies opportunities for IM workflow optimization and continuous improvement, streamlining information flows to enhance project efficiency.
- Coordinates with project teams to ensure smooth implementation of IM practices, promptly addressing and troubleshooting IM-related issues as they arise.
- Leverages extensive experience in ISO 19650-compliant environments, applying standards to optimize information flow, data accuracy, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Brings a strong track record in supporting digital transformation programs, driving the integration of IM practices across large infrastructure projects to align with broader project objectives.
- Champions continuous improvement, ensuring that IM processes evolve and mature as client and supply chain partners advance in their understanding and adoption of digital information management practices.
- Develops advanced reporting and analytics capabilities using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to provide insights on IM performance and project data trends.
- Focuses on lifecycle information management, ensuring that information is maintained and transferred effectively across project phases, supporting long-term asset management and operational needs.
Profile/Skills:
Technical Competencies- Extensive experience in delivering information management systems/solutions for large complex infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on digital compliance and transformation.
- Proven expertise in ISO 19650-compliant environments, with practical application of its principles to enhance data integrity, streamline workflows, and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting digital transformation by integrating robust IM practices across diverse project phases and stakeholder groups.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of planning, executing, and monitoring IM initiatives within defined scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Skilled in designing and delivering training programs to drive cultural change and ensure the widespread adoption of information management practices.
- Proven ability to lead change management initiatives in digital information management, fostering alignment across client and supply chain partners.
- Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills, ensuring IM processes align with organizational objectives and project goals.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools/applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture, Civil Engineering, Information Management, or Construction Management); a Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in implementing information management frameworks, with specific expertise in ISO 19650 compliance and digital data governance.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex IM & BIM initiatives is preferred.
- Extensive experience in delivering training programs and leading cultural change initiatives in complex project environments.
- Proven track record in supporting digital transformation programs within a compliant, standards-driven project environment.
- Strong knowledge of data security and privacy regulations relevant to information management in infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to support advanced analytics for data-driven decision-making, including developing dashboards and compliance reports.
