Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

You will be responsible for expediting urgent parts, facilitating QRQC meetings, and maintaining efficient supply chain processes.

• Pay rate: $24-$27/hour.
• Location: Ajax, ON
• Shifts: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
• Job type: 12-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and support OPEX and VEX reporting for inventory tracking and reviews
• Assist Supply Planning team with daily operations: demand/supply planning, KPIs, reporting
• Coordinate with Customer Service warehouse on prioritization, cycle counts, SAP troubleshooting, and transport management
• Expedite urgent parts from arrival to delivery at CS warehouse
• Lead and update daily QRQC meetings and board (Quick Response Quality Control)
• Perform SAP inventory cleanup between Customer Service warehouse and Production
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related inventory issues

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Strong background in supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations. Previous exposure to SAP and Excel is mandatory.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Proactive and innovative approach to tasks.
• A Bachelor/Diploma in Business Admin or Supply Chain studies would be an asset.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Excel.
• Detailed understanding of Supply Planning, Purchase Request to Purchase Order management, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
