Warehouse Associate

• Pay rate: $23/hour.
• Location: Mississauga, ON
• Shifts: Monday-Friday 12:00pm-8:00pm
• Job type: Temporary to possibly permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders using SAP, RF devices, and the designated Transportation Management System (TMS), including cold-chain processes.
• Ensure proper packaging, documentation, and tracking to maintain product integrity.
• Load and offload trucks and complete inspections as required by Local SOPs.
• Perform all warehouse tasks following Health Canada GMP standards and SOPs.
• Operate up to five types of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) as trained and required.
• Follow OSHA and client-specific health and safety guidelines.
• Handle products and materials according to SOPs and Safety Data Sheets.
• Complete all assigned training and SOP reviews within the Learning Management System.
• Meet and maintain warehouse KPIs, including accuracy targets and picking/put-away metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and documentation procedures.

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting, documentation, and data entry.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse or inventory management systems is considered an asset.
• Experience with PIT equipment is an advantage (training provided as needed).
