About Our Client

We're working with a growing construction and renovation company based in Kitchener that's building something special. They're looking for a Sales & Business Development Rep to join their team and help bring incredible projects to life for homeowners and developers across the region.

Job Description
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities with homeowners, developers, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Inbound Sales Support: Manage incoming inquiries, qualify leads, and book appointments for the sales and pre-construction team.
  • Sales Strategy & Proposal Development: Collaborate with leadership to craft and present compelling proposals that highlight the company's services, processes, and value.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build trust and long-term relationships by understanding client needs and providing outstanding service.
  • Proposal & Document Management: Prepare quotes, service agreements, and support smooth handoff to internal teams.
  • Market & Marketing Support: Analyze trends, support event planning, and help shape campaigns that generate leads and awareness.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, estimating, and operations to ensure alignment and excellence at every touchpoint.

The Successful Applicant
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a similar client-facing role.
  • A true people person - confident communicator who loves building relationships.
  • Tech-savvy with solid experience in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (HubSpot) is a big plus.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  • Self-starter mindset with a hunger to grow - you're not afraid to think outside the box.
  • Valid G license and ability to travel locally for meetings and events.
