We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity as a Receptionist in the industry located at Waterloo, Ontario. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our company and will be responsible for providing administrative support across the organization.

You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the reception area, including the commencement and conclusion of daily operations.
  • Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members, while also providing necessary assistance.
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring appropriate delivery to staff.
  • Coordination and tracking of all courier deliveries and pick-ups.
  • Welcoming guests at the reception area and providing necessary amenities.
  • Management of Visitor Badge inventory.
  • Overseeing office boardrooms, ensuring cleanliness, and keeping boardroom calendars up-to-date.
  • Coordination of supply orders for office and site locations.
  • Management of office stationery inventory and distribution to staff upon request.
  • Assisting with office maintenance tasks, which includes tidying of staff kitchen on a rotational basis.
  • Providing department support tasks such as filing, data entry, and document creation.
