Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Assistant Clinic Manager at GoLaser in our Toronto clinic (HUGE bonus if you're able to work at both our Toronto and Thornhill clinics). As Assistant Clinic Manager, you will need to begin by learning the sales process at GoLaser.Once you learn to excel in this role, you will begin to take on additional responsibilities, such as, but not limited to, training additional Laser Sales Consultants, overseeing daily clinic operations, coordinating staff schedules, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining clear communication with the team and clients.
This is an INCREDIBLE opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit as you will work closely with the Founder of GoLaser and get one on one mentoring, training and coaching. No experience is necessary!
Willing to train you if you have a GREAT, POSITIVE, can-do attitude. Must be responsible, a quick learner and open to receiving and applying feedback. The expectation is to treat the clinic as your own!
Responsibilities:
- Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments with warm leads
- Conduct consultations in person and virtually and close sales by building rapport with potential patients; explain services, setting expectations, overcome objections through education and a positive customer experience without being pushy; prepare purchase agreements and financing contracts with our simple in house program
- Expand sales in existing accounts by helping customers add on new areas to their current package
- Help manage front desk duties such as checking patients in/out while ensuring a positive and warm experience and maintaining a clean and professional clinic
- Adhere to GoLaser policies and protocols
- Weekends & Evenings are big sales days for us - you will be more strongly considered for the position if you are available to work weekends (great if you're financially motivated!)
Compensation:
GoLaser offers a generous pay structure with additional earning potential through commission and bonuses. Compensation consists of a base pay rate plus commission. On target earnings ranges from $70,000-$90,000K annually for full time employees.

- Flexible to go to either our Toronto or Thornhill location
- Previous sales experienced preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to effectively communicate with patients, peers and management. Ability to communicate with proper etiquette and in a professional manner in all scenarios
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; experience with Microsoft office and Google applications
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision (role is entrepreneurial in nature)
