What is the opportunity?
The Senior Manager, Performance & Incentive Design will work collaboratively with business partners to design and support incentive models across national sales roles in Commercial Banking and Private Banking. The Senior Manager, Incentive Design is a trusted advisor to our Regional Sales Leaders as well as to the Commercial Distribution Model and Advisor Role Strategy team.This is a key strategic role with high impact across the scale of the Commercial Banking Salesforce.
The successful candidate is a thoughtful, collaborative and analytical strategic thinker and problem solver. The primary objective of the role is to design and build incentive frameworks that enable the client experience, drive shareholder value and are aligned with a highly engaged Salesforce.
**Please note the role can be performed from Our Waterpark Location or Remotely**
What will you do?- Enable strategic decisions through advanced analytics and leading presentations to senior management that identify and profile high impact strategies, opportunities and action plans to maximize client experience, shareholder value and employee engagement through the incentive models
- Expertly manage relationships as the primary contact from the Incentive Design team across several strategic initiatives by developing trusted relationships with our Sales Leaders, Role Strategists, HR Compensation, Incentive Compensation Delivery, Data Reporting teams and HR Business Partners
- Provide thought leadership on compensation & incentive design principles aligned with a deep understanding of the strategic vision of the business strategy and key measures of success
- Lead projects and investigations with a large degree of uncertainty and significant change management implications.
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have- Minimum BA/BS (Preferably Math, Statistics, Economics)
- 5+ years related experience with deep understanding of business strategy and a proven ability to think strategically
- Excellent analytical skills - ability to creatively problem solve real world business problems and communicate complex analytical solutions in user friendly language
- Professional experience leading large transformational projects and initiatives, preferably in financial services
- Excellent consulting skills with demonstrated capability managing stakeholder expectations and effectively collaborating with project teams
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal and demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills
- Thrive in uncertainty driving multiple perspectives towards a common solution by connecting dots and managing multiple initiatives
- Private Banking or Commercial Banking Experience
- CA, CFA, PMP or similar post-secondary degree /certificate
- Project Management Experience
- Experience in HR and/or Performance Management
- Management consulting experience
