Our Calgary-based client is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage the full payroll cycle. This role requires proficiency in payroll systems and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer the full payroll cycle, from calculations to employee payments and journal creation.
  • Prepare payroll worksheets for new hires, terminations, leaves, and adjustments.
  • Resolve discrepancies in timesheets and payroll records.
  • Assist with timecard entry and labor charge out review.
  • Monitor HR Audit Reports and update timecards and schedules as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy legislation and respond to payroll inquiries.
  • Stay updated on government and union legislation changes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
