About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join our client. This unique opportunity involves managing a family-owned business' financial and administrative aspects with various operations. As the sole point of contact for financial and office management tasks, the ideal candidate will bring exceptional professionalism, discretion, and efficiency to this role.

This is a hybrid opportunity, and only one day per week in the office is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Consolidation: Prepare and maintain consolidated financial reports
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage all AP/AR functions, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
  • Payroll: Process payroll for a small team of employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, vendor management, and general administrative duties.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide periodic financial analyses and insights to support decision-making.
  • Administrative Support: Handle a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
