The client is an established high rise residential developer with decades of successful experience building challenging landmark projects both internationally and across the GTA.

Job Description

• **Act as the Owner's Representative overseeing the Construction Management Firm on the project**. Develop project plans and associated communications documents.
• Estimate the resources and personnel required to achieve project goals.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Assess need for additional staff and/or consultants; liaise with department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within and/or outside the organization.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be a dynamic executive with a track record of significant achievements in residential real estate development and will possess the following qualifications:

• - 10-15 years of high-rise residential construction management experience with reputable General Contractor or Developers
• 5+ years experience working on-site in a Site Supervisory capacity earlier in career
• Superior communication, client liaison, organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to take initiative, problem-solve, negotiate, mentor and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and follow-up and carry multiple projects through to completion;
• Ability to work according to deadlines; ability to interact with different functions and strong interpersonal skills.
• Team player with high work ethics, always putting Company interests and goals on the top of list of priorities.
• Education: Post-secondary education in Construction Management or related field.
