About Our Client
The client is an established high rise residential developer with decades of successful experience building challenging landmark projects both internationally and across the GTA.
Job Description
In collaboration with senior leadership, define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals.- **Act as the Owner's Representative overseeing the Construction Management Firm on the project**. Develop project plans and associated communications documents.
- Estimate the resources and personnel required to achieve project goals.
- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Assess need for additional staff and/or consultants; liaise with department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within and/or outside the organization.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be a dynamic executive with a track record of significant achievements in residential real estate development and will possess the following qualifications:
- - 10-15 years of high-rise residential construction management experience with reputable General Contractor or Developers
- 5+ years experience working on-site in a Site Supervisory capacity earlier in career
- Superior communication, client liaison, organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to take initiative, problem-solve, negotiate, mentor and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and follow-up and carry multiple projects through to completion;
- Ability to work according to deadlines; ability to interact with different functions and strong interpersonal skills.
- Team player with high work ethics, always putting Company interests and goals on the top of list of priorities.
- Education: Post-secondary education in Construction Management or related field.
