Call Centre Team Leads at Transglobal Service assist customers and address concerns related to warranty and repair and overall customer satisfaction. As the Team Lead, you will set an example by providing superior service to our customers, and by providing guidance to other agents as required.

You are team-oriented, diligent, and act as a role model to those around you.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous, prompt, and professional service to customers over the phone with the goal of resolving customer questions and concerns during the first contact.
  • Work with employees and management in our stores to ensure that customer concerns are addressed in the most efficient manner.
  • Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs.
  • Offer value-added solutions and promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer support.
  • Provide guidance and support to other agents as needed.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of new policies, procedures, and products.
  • Process routine clerical transactions in between calls

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Bilingual language skills (English & French) are an asset but not a requirement.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment required.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient PC and keyboarding skills (Word, Excel, Outlook/Webmail)
