Data Engineer Data for Experience-Salesforce
Description:
CTG is seeking to fill a Data Engineer Data for Experience-Salesforce for our client in Ontario/Toronto, Canada.
Location: Ontario/Toronto, CanadaDuration: 5 months
Duties:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data integration solutions between Salesforce and internal/external data systems.
- Lead and execute large-scale data migration projects and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data transferred to and from Salesforce.
- Create and optimize ETL pipelines using SSIS to support business reporting and analytics needs.
- Develop and manage complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data scripts for data transformation, cleansing, and loading.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, and other engineering teams to translate data requirements into scalable solutions.
- Monitor data workflows and troubleshoot data discrepancies and system performance issues.
- Support Salesforce deployment activities including sandbox refreshes, data loads, and release testing.
Skills:
- Expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, and SSIS for database management and ETL development.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, including objects, schema, relationships, and API integration tools.
- Proficiency in writing, testing, and debugging complex SQL and ETL workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle large and complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills to support cross-functional collaboration.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in data integration, ETL processes, and SQL Server database management.
- Proven hands-on experience with SSIS, T-SQL, and Salesforce CRM.
- Demonstrated success in managing and executing large-scale data migration and Salesforce deployment projects.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
