We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Toronto, Ontario. This role is within the industry and will require you to manage and organize data, provide customer support, and carry out administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Create client quotes and contracts for all existing customer renewals
• Execute all phases of the renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers of renewals, building quotes, and closing renewal opportunities
• Create renewal quotes and contracts that follow company guidelines and expectations.
• Drive revenue by facilitating follow-through in collaboration with Finance on securing payment from customers.
• Work in CPQ, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all renewal processes.
• Maintain a razor-sharp focus on renewal dates with proactive metrics to ensure the timeliness and completion of all renewals.
• Identify when opportunities need to be escalated and work to find optimal solutions.
• Proactively identify lengthier and complex renewal scenarios to maintain high on-time renewal rate
• Maintain a renewal playbooks with best practices, guidelines, and tools to support the Sales and Renewals Team
