Responsibilities/Qualifications:

Intrado is seeking a motivated FP&A Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in supporting expense budget management, assisting with financial reporting and analysis, and supporting capital allocation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing monthly variance analysis reports for senior leadership
  • Help analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights, with guidance from senior team members
  • Assist in maintaining and updating existing reporting systems and workflows
  • Support the creation and maintenance of financial reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
  • Collaborate with various department owners to gather data and address budget-related inquiries and modifications
  • Support expense budget management by providing people throughout the company with the information required to submit accurate purchase requisitions, ensuring purchase requisitions align with budgets, and tracking related changes
  • Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Advanced to expert-level Excel skills (familiarity with Power Query, Power Pivot, or Power BI is a plus)
  • Ability to analyze financial data and identify key insights
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Willingness to work extended hours as needed
