About Our Client
Our client is a construction management firm focusing on Institutional, Commercial and Residential. We are looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to join their team and manage high value ICI projects in the GTA.
Job Description- Oversee the entire cycle of ICI construction projects from ground up to the closeout.
- Manage project schedules and budget, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and on-site personnel.
- Enforce and monitor safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders.
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure alignment with project specifications and standards.

The Successful Applicant- Proven track record of successfully leading at least 3 full cycles, ground-up ICI developments.
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- Gold Seal Certification is an asset.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in construction management software and tools.
