Manages all aspects of organizational data; establishes and maintains policies and procedures for planning, designing and maintaining an information bank to ensure that data services are delivered in a high-quality and profitable manner. Manager with HR responsibility.

What is your opportunity?
As the Manager, FC Data Management Information, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of activities and processes that support FC Reporting, specifically the Management Information used to build the suite of FC Reporting. In this role, you will facilitate the maintenance of a robust and secure “DataMart” or “Authorized Provision Point (APP)” to drive better practice management and data driven insights.
What will you do?- Administer the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure accurate and timely data integration.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather and validate complex and sometimes ambiguous business requirements.
- Explore opportunities to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency of data needs.
- Maintain data quality and integrity by implementing rigorous validation and monitoring protocols
- Act as a coordinator to collect and track data related to the regulatory environment, strategy, execution and testing.
- Coordinate data aggregation across regional and segment reporting to ensure alignment with FC Reporting.
- Ensure alignment with Enterprise Operational Risk, Internal Audit and Regulatory Compliance.
- Provide data documentation support (i.e. development of a data dictionary, data lineage, procedure documents, etc)
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have- Very good working knowledge of Microsoft suite of software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Data Integration and Consolidation experience/projects
- Technical skills with SQL, Power Query, PowerBI
- Python
- Data Visualization Tools (i.e. Tableau)
