We’re looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Accounting Clerk to join us part-time. What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support the day-to-day accounting operations that keep our organization running smoothly:
- Managing accounts payable email inbox
- Coding invoices and sending them approval in our A/P system
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable entries
- Assisting with account reconciliations (including credit cards)
- Assisting with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
What You Bring- A diploma or degree in accounting or finance (or working towards completing)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
- Experience with Excel and basic accounting systems
- Ability to manage your time and balance priorities (school + work = no problem)
- A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to learn
