At Capital Hair Loss & Head Spa, we combine beauty and wellness to offer our guests a unique, transformative experience. As an Assistant, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring that our salon runs smoothly, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for both clients and staff.Your contribution will enhance the overall guest experience by supporting our team of stylists and Head Spa Technicians.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience in customer service (minimum 2 years).
- Background in beauty, wellness, or related industries is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- An enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced yet spa-like environment.
- Passionate about providing an unforgettable guest experience.
Duties:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon, including laundry, color bowls, and dishes.
- Assist Head Spa Technicians in room transitions between treatments.
- Prepare clients for their salon services, ensuring they’re comfortable and relaxed.
- Assist hairstylists with shampooing clients and other service-related tasks.
- Maintain a calm and organized environment, ensuring a smooth and seamless flow throughout the day.
- Greet clients and ensure they’re well taken care of from start to finish.
