As an Office Systems Specialist, you maintain and repair Multi-Functional Products and resolve customer scanning/printing issues while maintaining effective relationships with customers and the Sales Department.

Le technicien assure la maintenance et la reparation des produits multifonctions et resoudre les problemes de numerisation/impression des clients tout en maintenant des relations efficaces avec les clients et le service commercial.

Responsibilities:

What you'll do here:

  • Maintain and repair MFPs and resolve customer printing issues
  • Perform on-site service of MFPs
  • Maintain effective relationships with customers and sales
  • Maintain parts and call management as well as accurate records to achieve KPI targets
  • Responsible to learn new technologies
  • 5% - Lead referrals and product promotion to existing customers
  • 95% - break-fix and customer support
  • Understands territory parts budget and inventory control
  • Must follow the policies and procedures set forth by KMBS
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management

Ce que vous ferez ici:

  • Maintenance et reparation des produits multifonctions et resolution des problemes d'impression des clients.
  • Effectuer un service sur site des produits multifonctions.
  • Maintenir des relations efficaces avec les clients et les ventes.
  • Maintenir les pieces et la gestion des appels ainsi que des dossiers precis pour atteindre les objectifs KPI.
  • Responsabilite d'apprendre de nouvelles technologies.
  • 5 % - References et promotion de produits aupres des clients existants
  • 95 % - depannage et support client
  • Comprend le budget des pieces du territoire et le controle des stocks.
  • Doit suivre les politiques et procedures etablies par KMBS.
  • Effectuer d'autres taches pertinentes assignees par la direction.

Qualifications:

  • High School or equivalent
  • CompTIA A+ Certification
  • CompTIA Net+ Certification
  • CompTIA CDIA+ Certification, Microsoft MCP or MCITP Certification
  • Diplome d'études secondaires ou equivalent.
  • Certification CompTIA A+
  • CompTIA Net+ Certification
  • Certification CDIA+ CompTIA, Microsoft MCP ou certification MCITP

What you bring to the table:

  • 0-2 years technical/repair of electronics or software equipment
  • Knowledge of basic Microsoft OS printing and common network concepts
  • Basic awareness of common solutions
  • Low to mid end office systems certifications
  • Basic Color theory
  • Good verbal and written
  • Operates independently, requires assistance from time to time
  • Must be positive, outgoing, self-motivated and committed to building and maintaining strong customer relations
  • Travelling within Canada and the US is a requirement
  • Candidate must provide & maintain valid travel documents at own expense
  • Own vehicle and possess valid insurance with appropriate coverage and a valid driver's license in good standing
  • Standby and afterhours work may be required
  • Training may require afterhours travel and stay overs including weekends
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management
  • Required to achieve Associate Level Certification
  • Travel within assigned territory, some out of territory work

  • Bonnes competences verbales et ecrites.
  • Travaille de manière independante, necessite de l'aide de temps en temps.
  • Doit être positif, ouvert, autonome et engage a developper et maintenir de solides relations avec les clients.
  • Les deplacements au Canada et aux etats-Unis sont requis.
  • Le candidat doit fournir et maintenir des documents de voyage valides a ses frais.
  • Vehicule personnel et possession d'une assurance valide avec une couverture appropriee et un permis de conduire valide en bon etat.
  • Possibilité de travail de garde et en dehors des heures normales de travail.
  • La formation peut necessiter des deplacements apres les heures de travail et des sejours, y compris les week-ends.
  • Doit obtenir la certification de niveau associe.
  • Voyage dans le territoire assigne, certains travaux hors territoire.
