Your Role & Impact
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead the development and expansion of new assessment solutions aimed at enhancing student evaluation and professional development. You’ll drive adoption, refine user experiences, and scale these solutions across multiple verticals and global markets.
Beyond these new assessment tools, you’ll play a key role in launching other innovative digital assessment experiences, supporting decision-making and streamlining evaluation processes across institutions.
You’ll report to the Director of Product - Assessments and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Research, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Here’s what you’ll do as Senior Product Manager on the Assessment team:
Drive Product Strategy for Scalable Growth- Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for next-generation assessment products.
- Align product development with business objectives by closely collaborating with stakeholders.
- Leverage data, market research, and customer insights to make informed strategic decisions.
- Navigate scaling challenges and product pivots, ensuring adaptability in roadmap execution.
- Champion structured, scalable, and user-centred product methodologies and frameworks.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and iteration.
- Partner with Design, Engineering, and Research to refine and optimize product features.
- Improve development workflows to speed up time-to-market without compromising quality.
- Ensure seamless integration of new products into our state-of-the-art platform.
- Maintain a holistic view of software systems, addressing root causes and dependencies.
- Balance simplicity with technical depth, preventing unnecessary complexity in execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive execution and alignment.
- Clearly articulate product vision, roadmap, and key decisions to leadership and teams.
- Engage in constructive debate, advocating for best practices in software and product development.
- Work closely with Research and Engineering to ensure ethical and fair product innovation.
- Lead the growth of next-generation assessment products, positioning them as key solutions in the education and professional training space.
- Drive adoption, engagement, and expansion across multiple verticals and global markets.
- Ensure our assessment products enhance student and professional success, delivering measurable impact.
- Product Leadership & Execution. You’ve led senior-level product management initiatives, excelling in discovery, problem identification, roadmapping, scope management, and agile delivery.
- User-Centred Thinking. You naturally take a user-first approach, framing problems and solutions from a product-sense perspective to drive engagement and adoption.
- Scaling & Growth. You’ve built and scaled SaaS B2B or B2C product roadmaps, successfully launching products with over 10,000 monthly active users.
- Adaptability & Strategic Thinking. You’ve successfully navigated product pivots, roadmap shifts, and evolving priorities, balancing business objectives with user needs.
- Problem-Solving at Scale. You recognize common growth challenges and proactively tackle roadblocks before they become bottlenecks.
- Technical Fluency. You bring strong knowledge of engineering best practices, CI/CD, and system architecture—you can push back on unnecessary complexity and advocate for pragmatic solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration. You thrive in cross-functional teams, working closely with design, engineering, and research to create high-impact, user-centric products.
- Product Methodologies & Frameworks. You’re experienced in leading structured product development, leveraging best-in-class product methodologies and frameworks.
- Decision-Making & Influence. You can engage in constructive debate, align diverse perspectives, and drive collaborative decision-making to keep projects moving forward.
- Impact & Empathy. You’re passionate about making a real-world impact, with deep care and empathy for the end users your product serves.

Compensation & Growth- Fair and transparent salary. The target annual salary for this role is $130,000 to $170,000 CAD, determined by experience, expected contributions, market alignment and internal equity.
