We are currently looking for one Administrative Agent to work in our Medical Archives departement.
The Administrative Agent, Class 2 assists team in their administrative and professional functions. They accomplish a range of administrative tasks according to established methods and complex procedures that they will modify as needed. Their responsibilities generally and mainly include secretarial tasks, automated office work, as well as the opening and management of files or handling of data requiring specific knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Academic knowledge
Diploma or Attestation of Vocational Studies (DEP) in secretarial or other related field with relevant experience; or Secondary V diploma with relevant experience;Experience
1 year of relevant experience.
Skills sought- Quality customer service;
- Bilingualism in French and English (spoken/written);
- Ability to learn computer tools;
- Knowledge of Windows environment, mainly Outlook and Word;
- Ability to manage changing priorities and work efficiently with high volumes;
- Autonomy, organizational skills, attention to detail, rigor and discretion
