Want real-world skills that companies pay big for? In this internship, you’ll get a rare behind-the-scenes look at how a leading supplement company runs its fulfillment, procurement, inventory, and logistics. As our Supply Chain Intern, you won’t be stuck fetching coffee or filing meaningless paperwork.

You’ll learn what actually makes supply chains tick—and why attention to detail is the backbone of any great operation. This isn’t just another internship. If you’ve got the chops, it’s your launchpad to a rewarding career in supply chain management.

About Us

At AlgaeCal, we’re driven by a single idea. To end the fear of bone loss. It’s a big mission. In the United States, an estimated 54 million people have fragile bones. And they’re scared. Scared of snapping a bone. Scared of being forced to quit their favorite hobbies.

And worst of all, they are scared of losing their independence.

The good news? AlgaeCal is the world’s only clinically backed natural solution to this problem. We help thousands of people say goodbye to fear, fracture, and frailty. If that excites you, you’ll find no better place to continue your career than at AlgaeCal.

About You

You’re a highly organized person who takes pride in the small things. You love systems, checklists, and figuring out better ways to do things. You may not have tons of experience yet, but you’re curious, detail-obsessed, and you take initiative.

Most importantly—you know how to work with people. Whether it’s a team lead or a delivery driver, you communicate clearly, follow through, and get the job done. You’re also comfortable in Google Sheets (you don’t need to be a wizard, but you should know your way around filters, formulas, and basic analytics).

About Your Opportunity

You won’t just be checking boxes—you’ll be building real-world skills that can take you anywhere in operations, logistics, or supply chain management. Here’s what you’ll learn:

How to get products out the door—fast.

You’ll master the systems and workflows behind high-volume fulfillment, helping ship everything from customer orders to influencer packages to international deliveries. You'll become fluent in the tools top operations teams use daily—like shipping platforms, label creation, and order management.

How to keep inventory airtight.

Inventory is the heartbeat of any great supply chain. You’ll learn how to conduct spot checks and physical counts, and collaborate with our Business Intelligence team to maintain razor-sharp accuracy—experience that makes you indispensable in any logistics role.

How to support smart purchasing decisions.

Procurement is more than just buying stuff. You’ll learn how to compare quotes, prep purchase orders, and verify invoices. You’ll also organize the critical documents—like lab results and compliance records—that keep our products top-tier and audit-ready.

What goes into a quality product.

You’ll see firsthand what separates good from great. From product checks to lab testing, you’ll gain experience with real-world quality control protocols and learn how to ensure every item that leaves our door meets our gold standard.

Why communication is everything.

You’ll be the glue between departments—connecting Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to keep everything moving smoothly. You’ll develop the communication chops that make cross-functional teams actually work (a huge plus on any résumé).

How to think like a process pro.

Operations is all about efficiency—and you’ll learn how to find it. You’ll identify areas for improvement, pitch practical fixes, and help build a scalable library of SOPs and best practices that make our operations smoother, faster, and smarter.

And just so we're clear: We won’t hold your hand forever. Once we teach you something, we’ll expect you to roll up your sleeves and actually do it. If you’re just looking to “learn” without executing—this ain’t the role for you.
