As a Financial Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in consolidating extensive data and KPIs using Power BI and advanced Excel functionalities.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including VBA, Macros, and Vlookups to manage and analyze data.
- Leverage Power BI and Tableau to visualize data and generate insightful reports.
- Consolidate and interpret large volumes of data to support business decisions.
- Regularly monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform performance management.
- Apply financial knowledge to understand and interpret data effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Oversee customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status
