Job Description- Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision making.
- Develop financial models and analytical tools to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
- Review vendor contracts, recommending renegotiations or alternatives to maximize cost efficiency.
- Oversee the company's insurance program, evaluating current coverage, premiums, and deductions.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance financial efficiency.

The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
- At least 7 years of experience in finance, business analytics, or a related field, with expertise in contract management, spend analysis, risk management, and financial reporting.
- Proven track record in assessing business expenditures, optimizing contracts, managing insurance programs, and delivering actionable insights.
- Experience with SAP and similar ERP systems is required.
