We are in search of a Business Analyst to join our client's team in Toronto, Ontario. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to our organization by analyzing business processes, developing solutions, and driving improvement initiatives.
This role will primarily involve working on customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct market research to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Perform cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the viability of proposed solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflow efficiency
- Use data visualization tools to communicate complex information effectively to stakeholders
- Utilize Atlassian Jira, CRM, and Microsoft Excel and Word for business operations
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between existing and desired business processes
- Administer AB Testing to test changes to our products against the current design
- Use Agile Scrum methodologies to manage projects
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents to guide the development process
- Engage in claim administration and requirement gathering activities.
