As a Senior Total Rewards Advisor , you’ll be responsible for providing support, recommendations, and expertise for total rewards needs at a local and global level. You will lead compensation and benefits processes, projects, and participate in total rewards strategic planning.This role will be the first point of contact for Leaders and HR for ongoing total rewards needs and participate in delivering training when needed.
What does your typical day look like?- As owner of Total Reward policies, keep all policies updated and work with stakeholders when changes are required;
- Help build Compensation and Benefits Job Evaluation tools (all roles & VP evaluation system);
- Work in collaboration with the Compensation Analyst to provide guidance and recommendations for Total Compensation analysis and salary recommendations in support to HRBP and TAA (BAU);
- Build Total Rewards guidelines and tools to continue strengthening our foundational services, enhance our service offering and optimize processes;
- Participate in special projects/systems implementations related to pension and benefits by helping to define requirements, preparing and deploy plans, and documenting results;
- When required, liaison with Payroll, HRBP’s, TAA, HR Services and Leaders, Communications to ensure everyone is aligning to the Job Classification and methodology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources;
- 8 to 10 years in a similar role
- Advanced skills in Excel;
- Knowledge of HRIS an asset;
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
- Understanding of multi-country labour legislation;
- Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems;
- Strong attention to detail with accuracy;
- Proven success in multi-tasking, prioritizing between competing priorities and adapting to change;
- Strong ability to adapt and learn new skills, technologies and approaches;
- Ability to manage highly confidential information;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
