About the Opportunity: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multi-family townhome projects, overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to coordination and delivery, ensuring they stay on budget.
Your leadership will be key to motivating and guiding the project teams, ensuring that every project meets deadlines and exceeds client expectations. About the Position: As a Project Manager, you will take charge of defining project scopes, budgets, and schedules while providing regular updates to relevant management channels.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and establish project specifications. Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met on time. Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and laborers.Monitor and control project costs to ensure the project stays within the approved budget. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained and all safety protocols are followed. Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
Provide regular project updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager managing multi-family residential projects, with a focus on trades, scheduling, and budgeting.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to effectively guide teams and stakeholders.
