Are you the person we are looking for?
As the Director of Core Product Engineering Operations, you will be contributing directly to the vision, and implementation of end-to-end product delivery and optimization strategies.This is a brand new role, where you will be building out a new team, reporting directly to the VP, Core Product Engineering and being an integral part of the Engineering leadership team.

Collaborative Culture: Work with talented professionals across diverse functions and contribute to a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth.In this cross-functional role, you will: Work as a strategic information conduit from Product Management to Core Product Engineering Drive operational efficiency initiatives Ensure inter-domain communication flow and information share Contribute to overarching process improvements and delivery metrics Coordinate with project teams ensuring delivery accuracy, traceability, quality and product features Coordinate with the multiple development organizations, and our development operations on norms and standardization of tooling and strategy therein Represent the Core Product Engineering Organization, and the products developed, as part of marketing and sales efforts Collect and articulate data points as they relate to the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) Provide data driven feedback and guidance for improving the SDLC You will have extensive experience in: Driving communication effectively & efficiently throughout an entire development organization Product/Program and Project management Thought leadership and team direction, demonstrating strong stakeholder management Operational efficiency management in large software development teams Functional Safety and Cybersecurity Software Development Lifecycle management Creative problem solving, demonstrating accomplished resilience & influencing skills Requirements management tooling (JAMA/DOORS/Enterprise Architect) Data analysis and modeling Driving accountability throughout a cross-functional software development organization If you love driving change, then we would love to hear from you!
