OPERATIONAL TRAINING ADVISOR

Horseshoe Bay

You are a leader, and your goal is to act as a field expert on all aspect of company training activities. You work well in a team environment as well as independently.

Your role is to liaise with various departments to obtain scheduling information, extract and manipulate information from Oracle Training Administration, and HRMS, and maintain all related data entry. This includes conducting the necessary analysis to determine appropriate course scheduling, including scheduling of trainers and attendees, contributing to the development and administration of the annual Company training plan, schedule and budget, and overseeing all training events.

You will work with inter-divisional teams, to select and create contracts, liaise with external contractors, arrange purchase orders, monitor and reconcile expenditures, and code invoices and contracts. You will assist with selection, delegation, performance and development of internal trainers as well as program development and instructional design.

You are an administrative expert with outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi task in a fast paced environment. You are able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. You have intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs, and experience with Oracle-based programs.

Preference may be given to candidates with website maintenance experience.

You bring endless energy and have excellent customer service skills with a strong aptitude for coaching/training. You have formal education in the field of adult education or instructional design, or relevant work experience, or interest and commitment to pursuing formal training in these areas.

Additional information

The target salary range: $55,700-69,600 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity. Starting salary may exceed the target range on exceptional basis.
