As a member of our team, you will help customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have, as well as provide support and assistance to your colleagues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome customers warmly and build relationships to understand their furniture needs.
- Assist customers in finding furniture pieces that suit their style, budget, and space requirements.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the furniture selection, including materials, designs, dimensions, and care instructions.
- Explain the features and benefits of various products to help customers make informed decisions.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, from selection to finalizing transactions.
- Handle questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism and patience.
- Assist customers in placing orders, arranging financing, and scheduling deliveries.
- Verify order accuracy and coordinate follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns, product issues, or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets by employing effective selling techniques.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, including Value Added Products and Services (VAPS) and product protection.
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
- Educate customers about policies related to warranties, returns, and exchanges.
- Performing various other duties, as assigned
