The Sr. Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in providing the budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and advice to support multiple Business Units in the orgranization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with existing team members on the portfolio, providing precise financial analysis and planning.
• Facilitate the month-end reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial data.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, contributing to the financial stability and growth of the company.
• Communicate effectively with business partners, presenting financial data in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Conduct financial investigations when numbers do not align with expectations, identifying key drivers and proposing solutions.
• Transition smoothly between different deliverables, demonstrating excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Utilize financial software such as SAP and Workday ERP to manage and analyze financial data.
• Contribute to the monthly forecasting process, predicting financial trends and outcomes.
• Support the Product and Technology teams with accurate and thorough financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
