Adecco is currently seeking a Project Manager – Digital Product Management (AI/GenAI Focus). In this remote contract role, you'll lead the full product lifecycle—from strategy and development to launch and optimization—for AI-driven digital solutions.
You’ll work cross-functionally to align product vision with business goals, applying your hands-on GenAI expertise to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions. - Pay rate: $77.37/hour.
- Location: Remote
- Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
- Job type: 12-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch performance optimization.
- Translate business objectives into clear product roadmaps and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to drive execution.
- Define, track, and report product KPIs and success metrics.
- Apply your hands-on experience in AI/GenAI to enhance strategy, user experience, and outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members with leadership and empathy.
- Work closely with stakeholders to communicate vision and align execution.
- Ensure customer-first thinking and uphold product scalability and high-quality standards.
- Participate in team meetings with camera-on engagement for better remote collaboration.
Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- 3–6 years of experience in digital product management with a strong focus on AI/GenAI.
- At least 5+ years of people management/leadership experience.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and launching complex AI/ML/GenAI solutions.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and making data-informed decisions.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with a sharp technical intuition.
- A strong drive for continuous learning, ideally with a background in cognitive science or a passion for cutting-edge tech.
- Prior experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical sector is a strong asset.
